Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections on industrial robotic systems.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and software issues in robotic cells.
• Install, calibrate, and commission new robots and peripheral equipment.
• Program and teach robot paths, points, and logic for various manufacturing processes.
• Conduct system upgrades and modifications to improve performance and efficiency.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures for all robotic operations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and system configurations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Robotics, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB) in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency in PLC programming, troubleshooting, and diagnostics (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens).
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills for complex automated systems.
• Ability to perform robot path teaching, program modifications, and preventative maintenance.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with robot vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence, Fanuc iRVision).
• Proficiency in advanced robot programming languages (e.g., ABB RAPID, KUKA KRL, Fanuc KAREL) or PLC programming.
• Familiarity with industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet, DeviceNet).
• Experience with CAD software for mechanical design interpretation or robot cell layout.
