We are seeking Data Entry Clerks to join the team at one of our largest client sites! Day shift starting at $18.00/hr.

This position is a contract-to-hire role; this means that if you are a great fit for the role and company, and they are a great fit for you, you have the opportunity to get hired on directly and turn this into a permanent role!

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter new customer orders into computerized system to obtain release of cargo

- Ensure all data is properly entered and/or uploaded completely in an accurate and timely fashion

- Completes document auto upload as needed into computerized system

- Work with importer to obtain missing information via telephone or email

- Maintains positive and professional customer relationships (internal and external)

- Processing of medium complexity air/ocean shipments and requires more thorough understanding of SPI (Special Program Indicator) related to FTAs (Free Trade Agreements) and PGA’s (Participating Government Agencies)

- May be assigned additional tasks as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

- HS diploma or GED required

- Keyboarding / 10 key data processing skills required

- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) experience required

- Exceptional customer service skills are a must

- Strong communication skills

- Reliability and punctuality is a must
