Inside Sales Representative

Location: Gillette, Sheridan, or Casper, WY

Compensation: $19.23 - $21.00, Final salary will be decided within the posted range commensurate with experience. This is a base hourly wage + commission position.

Visionary Broadband seeks a qualified individual to fill the role of Inside Sales Representative. This full-time position will join the team at Visionary Broadband, one of the top internet service providers in the Rocky Mountain region.

Key Responsibilities

• Assists with new customers sales by focusing on building our customer base and generating NEW revenue
• Prioritized goals to include new account sign ups/upsells and add on services to include VoIP sales and managed router sales
• New Inquiry Prequalification’s and LOS’s
• This person will be responsible for calling on all leads that come in via our Visionary Leads Page
• Sales Training and Continuing education will be provided for this individual

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
• Ability and openness to learn and then explain a basic working knowledge of our products, components, technical concepts, and equipment.
• This position is a “results oriented” position; the individual must have the ability to adapt to changes easily and willingly in policy, procedures, and work environment.
• Problem solving and organization skills.
• Always maintain highest level of professionalism in all activities and appearance.
• Excellent communication skills.
