Receptionist

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Answering incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Directing calls to the appropriate individuals or departments
- Taking and relaying accurate messages when necessary
- Greeting and assist visitors with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Ensuring a positive experience for all guests
- Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area
- Running and preparing reports as assigned by management
- Assisting with general office tasks, including filing and data entry
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Scheduling appointments and meetings for staff members
- Escalating issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
Qualifications include, but are not limited to:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using office equipment and computer applications
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
