Position Overview:
In this role, you will work closely with the Manager, General Manager, and Optometrist in Charge to ensure that every patient receives top-notch ocular health evaluations, expert eyewear and contact lens prescriptions, and comprehensive management of eye diseases. Your expertise will be vital in creating seamless eye care experiences for all patients while achieving productivity and performance goals.
What You Will Do:
- Deliver high-quality primary eye care services that include ocular health evaluations and management of various eye conditions.
- Collaborate with leadership to maintain efficient staffing and coverage within clinic offices, fostering an effective and supportive work environment.
- Invest in your professional development by adhering to continuing education requirements to maintain your licensure.
- Participate in training programs for ancillary staff, ensuring a well-rounded team capable of delivering stellar service.
- Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with physicians, pharmacies, nursing homes, and other entities, enhancing the overall eye care network.
- Attend regular meetings to discuss office operations and team goals, acting as a valuable resource for your colleagues.
- Embrace best practices to provide the highest standard of care to patients.

Pay and Benefits:
- Competitive salary ranging from $125,000 to $180,000

Requirements:
- A valid state optometry license or one actively being obtained is required, along with Therapeutic Pharmaceutical Agent (T.P.A.) and Diagnostic Pharmaceutical Agent (D.P.A.) certification.
- 4th-year students encouraged to apply.
- Strong clinical skills in diagnosing and managing eye conditions.
- Excellent patient communication and interpersonal abilities.
