What You'll Be Doing

As a Line Cook/Prep Cook, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a memorable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking menu items with precision and consistency.
• Assisting with food prep tasks, such as chopping, slicing, and marinating.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy hours.
• Monitoring inventory levels and communicating supply needs to the kitchen manager.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking a culinary professional who brings both skill and passion to the table. To succeed in this role, you should have:

• At least 3 years of experience working as a line cook, prep cook, or in a similar kitchen role.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment, cooking techniques, and food safety standards.
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes.
