Salary Range: $75,000 - $114,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and shipping.
• Develop and implement efficient warehouse layouts and workflows to optimize space utilization and material flow.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards within the warehouse environment.
• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and fostering a positive work environment.
• Implement and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS) for accurate tracking of inventory and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics departments to ensure timely and accurate material movement.
• Monitor and control operational costs, including labor, supplies, and equipment maintenance, to meet budget targets.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles, including cycle counting and stock rotation.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize warehouse operations for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for warehouse operations.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• - Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS CSCP, CPIM).
• - Proficiency in warehouse management system (WMS) implementation or advanced utilization.
• - Experience with automated warehousing technologies (e.g., AS/RS, robotics).
• - Strong understanding of import/export regulations and customs procedures.
