1. Assume the patient panel of a long-standing community physician while collaborating with 5 experienced Advanced Practice Providers
2. On-site POC testing and lab draw available
3. Physical Therapy services offered in the building

Community Living

Petoskey is located on the shores of Lake Michigan's beautiful Little Traverse Bay in northwest, lower-Peninsula Michigan.
