Rhoades McKee PC is seeking an experienced Medical Malpractice Attorney to join our firm in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Our accomplished litigation team includes attorneys with deep experience in defending healthcare providers, hospitals, and medical professionals in complex medical malpractice and professional liability matters. We are looking for a skilled litigator who is passionate about advocacy and committed to delivering exceptional legal representation to our clients.

Candidates in this role will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of matters including pre-suit investigations, expert witness coordination, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and courtroom litigation. You will collaborate with a team of seasoned attorneys and support staff in a collegial and client-focused environment.

Qualifications:

• Associate or lateral attorney with 2 - 10 years of experience in medical malpractice defense or healthcare litigation
• Licensed (or willing and able to become licensed) and in good standing to practice law in the state of Michigan
• A transferable book of business (partial or full) is not required but will be viewed favorably
