Union experience Job Description Insight Global is looking for a skilled maintenance supervisor to play a critical role in executing maintenance programs & processes essential to the plant operations in the Battle Creek area. This person will be working with skilled team members and other leaders to solve problems, as well as initiate continuous improvement initiatives. The supervising responsibilities consist of overseeing shifts, planning the daily schedule of work for the team, and identifying root cause analysis of breakdowns. They will be a significant leader in developing and motivating your team, as well as building unity across all the work teams, while identifying opportunities to operate more efficiently and effectively to produce a great product. This role will be strictly supervisory level position and will not require you to to be hands on in the production floor.
