Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to oversee our culinary operations and uphold our commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences. Key Responsibilities:

1. Menu Planning and Development:

   • Develop innovative and high-quality menus that align with our restaurant’s concept and appeal to our clientele.
   • Stay updated with culinary trends and incorporate new ideas into menu offerings.
   • Ensure menu variety and seasonal appropriateness.

2. Kitchen Management:

   • Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities.
   • Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
   • Maintain a safe and sanitary kitchen environment by adhering to health and safety standards.

3. Staff Management and Training:

   • Recruit, train, and supervise kitchen staff.
   • Set clear expectations and provide ongoing feedback to maintain high performance and morale.
   • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

4. Quality Control:

   • Monitor food quality and consistency through regular tasting and inspection.
   • Implement standardized recipes and portion sizes to maintain profitability.
   • Ensure compliance with food handling and sanitation regulations.

5. Budgeting and Cost Control:

   • Manage food and labor costs within budgetary guidelines.
   • Control inventory levels and conduct regular inventory audits.
   • Identify opportunities to optimize kitchen operations and reduce expenses.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant.
• Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, kitchen management, and food safety standards.

• Creativity and a passion for culinary arts.
• Ability to manage a diverse team and foster a positive work environment

Working Conditions:
