Position Overview:
The Skid Steer / Loader Operator supports paving operations by moving materials, loading trucks, and assisting with site preparation.
Operate skid steer or loader safely
Load asphalt, aggregate, and spoils
Assist with site grading and prep work
Perform daily equipment checks
Maintain clean and safe job sites Qualifications:
Skid steer or loader experience preferred
Ability to work around heavy equipment
Strong coordination and attention to safety
