Job Summary :
Kelley Brothers is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Commercial Maintenance Agreement Comfort Advisor to help local businesses protect their HVAC, electrical, and generator systems through customized maintenance solutions.

This role is responsible for building relationships with commercial property owners, facility managers, property management companies, and business owners to identify opportunities, present maintenance agreement options, and develop long-term service partnerships. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills, consultative selling abilities, and a passion for helping customers reduce downtime, improve reliability, and control operating costs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Build and maintain relationships with commercial property owners, facility managers, property management companies, and business owners.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, prospecting, and existing customer relationships.
• Conduct site visits to evaluate customer needs and identify maintenance opportunities.

Qualifications :

• Communication Skills : Strong ability to connect with customers and clearly explain product options and benefits.
• Technical Knowledge : Familiarity with HVAC systems, as well as relevant electrical and mechanical codes.
• Sales Experience : Previous sales experience is preferred, with a proven track record of success.
• Professionalism : Clean driving record and the ability to pass background checks.
