Independently family-owned company founded in 1990 seeks to add to our staff. We are a multi-unit Tire & Auto Service retailer dedicated to providing quality service with a unique customer experience that exceeds the expectations of a traditional garage.
The Automotive Service Advisor is a positive, high-energy, customer-focused position in a fast-paced tire and automotive service facility. You will be provided with the opportunity to be a part of one of the fastest-growing companies in metro-Detroit.
What You Will Do
- Greet the customer, either by telephone or in person
- Assess customers needs & deliver exceptional customer service
- Learn all aspects of store operations and effectively flex between interacting/serving the customer and service staff
- Prepare estimates of service and professionally present the estimate to the customer
- Identify the required service items and the suggested service items
- Assist the store manager in interacting with the customer as requested
Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
