Salary Range: $76,000 - $110,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to process performance and equipment.
• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes or modifications to existing ones.
• Conduct process capability studies and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process flow diagrams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation and process transitions.
• Support the evaluation, selection, and commissioning of new manufacturing equipment and technologies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Proven experience in process optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of process control systems, P&IDs, and statistical process control (SPC).
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex process data, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Familiarity with industry safety standards (e.g., OSHA) and quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, GMP).

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis or process automation.
• Proficiency with statistical software packages (e.g., Minitab, JMP) or process simulation tools.
• Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Professional Engineer (PE) license.
