Job Title: Quality Control

About the Role
We are hiring a Quality Control professional to join our production team, with a primary focus on cable assemblies and general manufacturing quality oversight. This role plays a vital part in ensuring our products meet internal standards and ISO requirements by monitoring quality on the floor, supporting line staff, and maintaining proper documentation.
This is a great fit for someone who is detail-oriented, responsive, and understands the importance of consistency and compliance in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform in-process and final inspections on cable assemblies and other manufactured components
- Support production staff by answering quality-related questions at individual stations
- Help maintain ISO-compliant procedures and support audit readiness
- Identify and document defects, nonconformances, and recommend corrective actions
- Ensure all workstations adhere to established quality standards and protocols
- Keep accurate records of inspections, findings, and resolutions
- Collaborate with management to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in quality control within a manufacturing or cable assembly setting
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or equivalent quality management systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communicator with the ability to support and guide team members on the production floor
- Proficiency with documentation, inspection logs, and compliance tracking
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting ISO audits or internal quality reviews
- Exposure to cable or electronic assembly manufacturing
- Basic understanding of measurement tools and quality inspection equipment
