Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Groundskeeping & Field Services Technician to support our property management team across multiple residential properties. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in maintaining clean and well-kept communities, and can handle a variety of hands-on tasks in the field.

Key Responsibilities
Groundskeeping & Property Upkeep
- Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal across assigned properties
- Perform trash removal and manage dumpster areas
- Sweep, clean, and maintain common areas, walkways, and parking areas
- Handle light landscaping and seasonal upkeep
Field Services & Property Support
- Travel between properties to complete assigned tasks and inspections
- Conduct routine property walks and report issues with photos/documentation
- Post notices (leases, violations, entry notices, etc.) as directed
- Assist with lock changes, unit checks, and vacancy inspections
Light Maintenance
- Complete minor repairs (basic plumbing, drywall, touch-up paint, etc.)
- Assist with unit turns and preparation for new residents
- Identify maintenance issues and coordinate with management/vendors
Qualifications
- Prior experience in groundskeeping, maintenance, or field services preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage a route/schedule
- Strong attention to detail and accountability
- Comfortable using a smartphone for photos, reporting, and communication
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
