Salary Range: $71,000 - $105,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shop floor operations, ensuring efficient workflow and production schedules are met.
• Supervise, mentor, and train production staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Maintain equipment, troubleshoot operational issues, and coordinate necessary repairs.
• Manage inventory of materials and supplies, ordering as needed to prevent shortages.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
