Sales Operations Specialist

Position Summary

The Sales Operations Specialist serves as a direct support role to our internal customers, the Sales Field Teams and our external customers, our Dealer community. The Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for assisting in compiling and communicating key metric-related data and updating and maintaining the relevant data sources used to produce this reporting. The Operations Specialist communicates and coordinates with SAMs, RAMs, Sales Directors and other cross functional teams to provide whatever support is needed using multiple methods and processes of delivery.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Populates data, sorts, and filters it to create relevant reporting that is cascaded to Dealers and Sales Field Team through Mail Merge processes on key performance indicators (i.e., 3MR, KPIs, Elevate Marketing).
  • Creates and maintains consolidated reporting via SharePoint as needed on key performance indicators, special initiatives, or general Dealer information (i.e. Quick Base Updates).
  • Provides operational and compliance reporting to SAMs, RAMs, Sales Directors on a variety of key metric indicators or special initiatives (i.e., Qualtrics Surveys, Prepaid Internet, Leases Needed, Outstanding Pending Closures)
  • Submits updates to Dish on Dealer information or SAM assignments reflected on DLAR.
  • Provides monthly updates to Stamp Me loyalty platform for onboarding and offboarding of approved Dealers to platform that qualify for coop funding.
  • Handles tracking of MDF funding for both new and reno locations including coordination with Finance for payout.
  • Reviews Weekly Account Dashboard reporting from Dish NAM to identify newly closed locations so depreciated chargeback amount can be calculated, published to Sales Team Leadership, and sent to Finance when warranted related to MDF, Triage, Path to Enhanced Profitability (PTEP), or any other relevant programs.
  • Prepares communications to Sales Field Team regarding any chargeback situations executed by Dish.
  • Assists in preparation of content for Marceco Employee and Dealer monthly newsletter publications.
  • Generates monthly expense reports through Concur for Sales Directors based on American Express charge details.
  • Assigns incoming requests via Sales Ops Request Form, tracks through to completion and generates summary reporting of all pending requests to Field Sales Team leadership monthly.

Specific Direction: Follows established work procedures. Receives periodic checks for performance. Refers unique questions/conditions to immediate supervisor.

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Prefer One (1) to two (2) years of experience in an office setting

Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products and Google Docs
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in a clear, concise, understandable manner
  • Ability to work independently and in a teamwork environment
  • Basic mathematics and reading comprehension abilities
