Position Summary:

We’re looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our underground waterworks customers. In this role, you'll handle customer inquiries, create accurate quotes, process orders, and coordinate with vendors and sales reps to ensure smooth project execution from start to finish. If you have strong communication skills, experience in the waterworks industry, and enjoy solving problems, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional service and support to customers, vendors, and sales reps
• Interpret takeoffs and create accurate quotes for underground and municipal waterworks jobs
• Enter and manage orders using our ERP system (Eclipse experience a plus!)
• Track shipments, handle submittals, and ensure project documentation is complete
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and product accuracy
• Help resolve customer issues and billing questions professionally and promptly
• Serve as a key internal resource for product applications, availability, and solutions
• Occasionally assist with warehouse or counter duties as needed

Knowledge, Education, and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent (additional experience or training a plus)
• 1+ year of related customer service, inside sales, or estimating experience
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to read blueprints and calculate material needs accurately
• Familiarity with underground waterworks products and applications preferred
• Understanding of plumbing products required
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Comfortable navigating Microsoft Office and ERP systems

Physical Demands & Working Conditions:

• Frequent sitting, talking, typing, and walking
• Occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs.)
• Must pass substance abuse screening
