UI/UX Designer Senior - REMOTE

Accountabilities

• Design intuitive, end-to-end UI/UX experiences for connected lighting systems, web platforms, and digital tools.
• Translate user research, product strategy, and business requirements into elegant workflows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Architecture teams to deliver seamless, scalable user experiences.
• Advocate for user-centered design, accessibility, and experience consistency across digital touchpoints.
• Support the partner company's purpose-driven mission by creating meaningful, inclusive, and sustainable experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, UX, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction or related discipline.
• Experience designing user experiences for web-based and/or enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with modern UX tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Axure, or similar prototyping tools).
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing, and accessibility standards.
• Proven ability to collaborate in cross-functional Agile teams and clearly communicate design decisions.

• Salary: Below or up to $101,572.50 – $135,430.00 based on experience level.
