Your Role as an Insurance Agent

As an Insurance Agent, you’ll play a crucial role in expanding our client base, delivering customized insurance solutions, and promoting a positive, team-oriented culture. This role is ideal for individuals who are motivated by long-term success and ongoing personal development.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive agency growth through lead generation, proactive outreach, and converting prospects to loyal clients

• Consult with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend tailored solutions for auto, home, life, and commercial products

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing support and proactive service

• Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals while pursuing continuous learning and improvement

• Stay current on insurance products and compliance requirements

• Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and renewals effectively

• Participate in team sales meetings, training sessions, and strategic initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred)

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Confidence in making outbound calls and closing deals

• Growth mindset with the ability to accept coaching and feedback

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and career-focused

• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (preferred, or willingness to obtain)

• Bilingual abilities are a plus
