Marketing Assistant

In-Office | $20–$25/hr | Full-Time or Part-Time

HomeSpec is growing, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support the execution of our marketing initiatives across digital platforms, reporting systems, and community marketing efforts.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll work directly with our Director of Marketing to help manage marketing systems, track performance, and support campaigns that drive company growth.

This position is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who is organized, proactive, and excited to grow within a fast-moving company.

** This is an in-office position in Westland, MI. We are not considering hybrid or remote applicants. **

What You’ll Do

- Maintain marketing platforms such as Google Business, Google Local Services, and business listings

- Assist with digital and offline marketing campaign execution

- Support marketing reporting, analytics, and performance tracking

- Manage lead data and assist with CRM updates and lead attribution

- Monitor and help maintain accuracy in marketing systems and databases

- Assist with community marketing initiatives and occasional in-person events

- Support event setup, execution, and follow-up during peak seasons

What You Bring

- 1+ year of marketing experience preferred

- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred (not required)

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- High attention to detail and accountability

- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Experience with marketing and productivity tools such as:

• Google platforms (Google Business, Local Services)

• CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)

• Spreadsheets and reporting tools

• Social media platforms

• Project management tools (such as Monday.com)

• Adobe or creative tools are a plus

Schedule

Monday – Friday

Regular business hours

Full-time or part-time options available.

Occasional weekend availability may be required for marketing events during peak seasons.

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
