We are seeking an Administrator & Traffic Coordinator to become an integral part of our team! You will help coordinate incoming and outgoing emails for catering, pop up and food truck activities .
Responsibilities:
- Review daily emails for action items and follow up
- Verify needed inventory in each store
- Pick up and deliver inventory to requested stores
- Assist in office filing organizing and client follow up
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must have own transportation and valid drivers license
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
