Delta Workforce is looking to hire a janitor for an industrial shop in Traverse City!
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms and lunch room areas.
- Perform general cleaning duties in and around the shop, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal.
- Ensure all areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and safety.
- Identify and address additional cleaning needs as they arise.
Requirements:
- Self-starter with strong initiative and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Prior experience in janitorial or industrial cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Dependable and punctual.
