As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CNC machines, die casting machines, Fanuc robots, hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, robotics, and various manufacturing equipment. You will also maintain records on preventive maintenance schedules, regularly read blueprints and schematics, and may assist with maintaining parts inventory. The role involves running pipe, troubleshooting both mechanical and electrical systems, and reading and interpreting ladder logic.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and troubleshoot CNC machines, die casting machines, and Fanuc robots.
• Work with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, robotics, and controls.
• Maintain records on preventive maintenance schedules.
• Read blueprints and schematics regularly.
• Assist in maintaining parts inventory and understanding computer/ordering systems.
• Run pipe and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems.
• Read and interpret ladder logic (PLC troubleshooting with a laptop is a plus).

This is a Permanent position based out of Battle Creek, MI.

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $93600.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Battle Creek,MI.
