Robotics Factory Warehouse Supervisor Lead
Business Manager - Operations In this role you will have the opportunity to manage the U.S. PDP factories warehouse/logistics]. Each day, you will supervisor a team to ensure that materials are receipted, sorted, stored, picked, and delivered to the U.S. PDP operations. You will also showcase your expertise by leading, innovating, and inspiring the team to optimize all facets of the PDP warehouses performance. The work model for the role is onsite and contributing to the success of the U.S. PDP assembly operations within Auburn Hills, Michigan. Key Responsibilities
- Coding and preparing proper receipt/dispatch paperwork.
- Ensuring maintenance of equipment and facilities and identifying and recommending technical equipment and facility improvements as necessary.
- Optimizing warehouse capacity, inventory, and floor utilization and supervising and assisting in daily warehouse and shipping operations.
- Recommending measures to improve service quality, increase departmental efficiency, and boost the performance of work crews and equipment; and ensuring stock accuracy by conducting periodic stock takes and/or cycle counting.
- HS Diploma required with 5+ years of experience, OR Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience.
- You are familiar with SAP-Warehouse Management along will a multitude of other innovative warehouse systems (SAP-Warehouse Mgmt, VMI, Kanban, and AMR's).
- 2+ years of experience in U.S. PDP Warehouse Management oversight.
- Highly adept in SAP and/or other ERP systems.
- Proven experience of warehouse/logistics management and supervision.
