**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide excellent customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities as needed.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order at the location.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and promote a secure environment.
+ Observe and report any suspicious activities or hazards encountered during patrols within the food and beverage production environment.
+ Communicate clearly and promptly with Allied Universal management and site personnel regarding incidents, concerns, or site-specific matters.
+ Support access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials of personnel and visitors as required.
+ Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of daily activities, incidents, and observations as part of Allied Universal's reporting requirements.
+ Comply with all company and location-specific training, regulations, and procedures relevant to the security-related post.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Being at least 21 years of age is required.
+ CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
