Salary Range: $67,000 - $106,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain critical IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and manufacturing-specific systems (SCADA, MES, ERP).
• Provide immediate technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues to minimize production downtime.
• Implement and manage robust cybersecurity measures to protect manufacturing data, intellectual property, and operational technology (OT) systems.
• Develop, test, and maintain comprehensive backup and disaster recovery plans for all critical manufacturing IT systems.
• Monitor system performance, network availability, and security logs to proactively identify and resolve issues impacting plant operations.
• Manage and support network infrastructure, including LAN, WLAN, and VPN, ensuring reliable connectivity across manufacturing facilities.
• Document IT systems, configurations, processes, and procedures for compliance, efficiency, and knowledge transfer.

Recommended Qualifications

• Extensive experience administering Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Proficiency in network administration, including TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, firewalls, and implementing cybersecurity best practices.
• Familiarity with industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), or other OT/IT technologies.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
• Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning for critical systems.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Operational Technology (OT) systems such as SCADA, PLC, or MES.
• Familiarity with industrial networking protocols (e.g., Modbus TCP/IP, EtherNet/IP).
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles for Industrial Control Systems (ICS/OT environments).
• Experience supporting ERP or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
