Salary Range: $95,000 - $142,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the continuous operation and reliability of critical IT and OT systems supporting manufacturing processes.
• Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies and procedures for both corporate IT and operational technology (OT) environments.
• Manage and maintain the manufacturing facility's network infrastructure, servers, and shop-floor specific hardware.
• Lead the planning, implementation, and optimization of enterprise resource planning (ERP) and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
• Provide technical support and problem resolution for all IT-related issues impacting production lines and administrative functions.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to identify technology needs and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage IT vendor relationships and contracts for hardware, software, and services critical to manufacturing operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience (5+ years) in IT management within a manufacturing environment.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing-specific IT systems, including ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MES/SCADA.
• Strong expertise in IT infrastructure management, including network, server, cloud, and operational technology (OT) integration.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement IT strategies and cybersecurity protocols for production environments.
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful system implementations and upgrades.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with manufacturing-specific IT systems (e.g., MES, SCADA, ERP like SAP).
• Understanding of Operational Technology (OT) and IT convergence within an industrial setting.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for industrial control systems (ICS/OT).
