Cleaning tech

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part Time Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas meet our high standards of cleanliness. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure effective cleaning practices.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is needed.
• Assist in special cleaning projects as required, such as deep cleaning or post-event clean-up.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or requests from clients.

Skills

• You must have a Smart Phone
• You must have Reliable Transportation
• You must be able to Bend, Walk, Stand and List up to 30lbs
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, lifting, and bending for extended periods.
