Salary Range: $88,000 - $134,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate Lean Six Sigma projects and Kaizen events across manufacturing operations.
- Identify, analyze, and prioritize process inefficiencies, waste, and bottlenecks.
- Develop, implement, and sustain continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., 5S, VSM, SMED).
- Train, coach, and mentor employees at all levels on CI principles and tools.
- Monitor, track, and report on the progress and financial impact of improvement initiatives.
- Foster a strong culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving throughout the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and achieve strategic goals.
Recommended Qualifications
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in continuous improvement roles within a manufacturing environment.
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) with a proven track record of leading and completing significant improvement projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in Lean manufacturing principles and tools (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, SMED, TPM).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in statistical analysis and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and change management skills to effectively train, mentor, and influence all levels of the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
Bonus Qualifications
- Master Black Belt certification.
- Proficiency with advanced data analytics and simulation software (e.g., Python, R, Arena, AnyLogic).
- Experience in financial modeling and cost accounting for CI project justification and ROI calculation.
- Demonstrated experience in formal change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR).
