Position Overview
Maple Hill Auto Group is seeking a friendly, energetic Full-Time Porter to join our service team. This customer-facing role keeps our service lane running smoothly — moving vehicles, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and making sure every customer who walks through our doors feels taken care of.
Schedule- Monday: 7:45am-7pm
- Tuesday-Friday: 7:45am-5:30pm
- NO WEEKENDS!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid and insurable driver's license
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening (including marijuana)
- Greet service customers with a friendly, upbeat attitude as they arrive
- Answer customer questions by directing them to the right person or location
- Move vehicles from the service drive to the bullpen quickly and safely
- Move vehicles in and out of technician bays
- Run vehicles through the car wash
- Assist with exterior detailing and lot maintenance
- Hang customer keys in the designated location and assist with loaner vehicle check-ins
- Keep the service drive clean and clear — dirt, water, snow, and all
- Maintain the customer lounge — clean, stocked, and welcoming
- Occasionally shuttle customers to their desired destination
