Accounts Receivable Specialist Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $58,000.00 to $64,000.00 /annually
• First Shift

• New project set up procedures
• Preparation and processing of customer contract and change orders
• Create vendor subcontracts, change orders and master subcontract agreements
• Preparation of monthly invoices to customers utilizing AIA documents
• Working with customer software systems to upload required project documents
• Follow-up on accounts receivable collections
• Participates in weekly project status review meeting
• Collaborates with accounts payable and project managers during construction process
• Coordination of project close out documents
• Assist CFO on tasks as needed

Accounts Receivable Specialist Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of A/R experience, preferred
• Experience working with AIA project documents
• High School Diploma
• QuickBooks (Enterprise Contractor) experience
• Must be attentive to detail and have good organizational skills
• Possess good verbal and communication skills with a positive attitude
• Ability to schedule, multitask and coordinate many projects at a time
• Knowledgeable in building and construction is a plus
• Problem solver
• Be versed in Microsoft Office products
