Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 Job - Lansing, MI
Are you a CDL-A driver in search of an OTR role that provides consistent home time and minimal physical effort? American Trucking Group offers dry van routes throughout the Midwest with outstanding equipment and competitive pay.
Home Time: Get home every week for a 34-hour reset, allowing you to maintain your family and personal commitments while enjoying steady miles.
Equipment: Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems. You can take your assigned truck home if there's safe parking available.
No Touch Freight: Most freight is dry van with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations, letting you concentrate on driving efficiently without excessive physical work.
Pay and Miles: Average weekly earnings range from $1,200 to $1,600 based on mileage and performance. Additional pay includes detention pay, $12 per hour for layovers, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.
Running Area: Routes span across Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and Iowa. All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.
Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance begin the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Enjoy $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) with a 50% match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days.

Requirements
