Registered Nurse Residency
Encompass Health Corporation is excited to offer an opportunity for new graduates and early-career nurses in our Registered Nurse Residency program. Located within our network of inpatient rehabilitation hospitals and home health agencies, this position is designed to provide extensive hands-on experience and training in a supportive and comprehensive environment. Our program focuses on all aspects of patient care, ensuring a transition from academic to practical application that meets our high standards of service and care. Residents will benefit from shadowing experienced professionals, structured classroom education sessions, and a mentorship program aimed at fostering professional growth and expertise in patient care.
