Engineering Co Op - BOSS Snowplow

BOSS is a leader in the snow and ice management business with a growing lineup of plows for trucks, UTVs and ATVs, salt and sand spreaders, and box plows built for the snow and ice management professional, as well as the homeowner. Co-Ops are January 2026 - August 2026

What Will You Do?

• Assist with design, prototyping, and testing of electronic circuits for new products and improvements to existing products

• Design fixtures for electrical and software development testing

• Conduct tests, and collect and analyze data of new or existing products

• Recognize and help with problem solving efforts in the Electronics Lab

• Recognize and help with problem solving efforts on plant test fixtures (hardware & software)

• Create methods for standard work procedures

• Work with design engineers to reduce costs and help improve quality of product

What Do You Need?

To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements: 

• Experience in test fixture design

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Strong leadership skills to lead a team and pull information from others

• Problem solving skills

• Demonstrated computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Orcad

• Ability to take on multiple responsibilities/projects at once

• Prioritize based on due dates or importance of projects

• Pursuing a B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering with emphasis in electronic circuit design or related field

• Experience with Orcad and 3D modeling software is a plus

Payrange will be $22.00 - $28.00 depending on what level of college you have completed.
