Landscape Construction Crew Member

Our crew members are experienced in New Lawn, Drain Tile, Softscape, and Hardscape Installation. Responsibilities
- Planting trees and shrubs
- Using landscaping tools such as rakes and shovels
- Following directions from the Landscape Foreman
- Spreading mulch, stone, and other landscaping materials
- Availability to work days and occasionally some weekends
Qualifications
- Experience in New Lawn, Drain Tile, Softscape, and Hardscape Installation
- Valid driver’s license
- Positive attitude
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is a plus but not required
Compensation
Hourly wage: $14-$18
Benefits
- Paid Time Off: 24 hours after 90 days of employment
- Holiday Pay: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day (after 90 days)
- Simple IRA: Up to 3% company match
