Salary Range: $71,000 - $110,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop, evaluate, and implement tooling, fixtures, and equipment to support manufacturing operations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
• Support new product introductions by defining manufacturing requirements and developing robust production processes.
• Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends, optimize processes, and reduce waste.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably high-volume production.
• Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for tooling and fixture design.
• Demonstrated experience applying Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on root cause analysis.
• Experience with automation, robotics, or PLC programming in a manufacturing setting.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley) or robotic systems.
• Experience with advanced CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with statistical process control (SPC) software or data visualization tools (e.g., Minitab, Power BI).
