About the Role
We are seeking a driven Engineering Account Executive to support growth within the Automation sectors . This role is ideal for a consultative sales professional who understands complex engineering environments and can deliver tailored workforce and project-based solutions.
You will work closely with engineering leaders to address critical business challenges through a combination of statement of work (SOW) solutions and flexible staffing models , including contract, contract-to-hire, and direct placement.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development efforts within the Automation engineering verticals
- Identify and engage prospective clients, while expanding relationships within existing accounts
- Conduct discovery meetings with engineering and operational leaders to understand workforce needs and growth initiatives
- Develop and present customized solutions, including project-based (SOW) engagements and staffing services
- Leverage industry insights, data, and market trends to position value-driven solutions
- Build long-term partnerships with key stakeholders, including executives, engineering directors, and hiring managers
- Collaborate with internal recruiting and delivery teams to ensure successful execution of client engagements
- Manage sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and consistently meet or exceed performance targets
- Maintain a high level of accountability, professionalism, and teamwork
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience in engineering services, staffing, or workforce solutions
- Experience supporting Automation engineering clients strongly preferred
- Proven ability to sell in a consultative, solution-oriented environment
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and strong business acumen
