Hourly pay range: $41.88

Job Responsibilities

• Build and maintain full vehicle models for Aero and Thermal development.
• Collaborate with lead engineers to run related cases in STAR CCM+ , summarize results, and negotiate design changes as needed.
• Support physical testing through data analysis and reporting.
• Design experiments to optimize Aero and Thermal performance for current and future projects.
• Lead efforts with the Aero-Thermal team to develop countermeasures for performance gaps identified in physical and simulated tests.
• Work effectively within cross-disciplinary teams to deliver collaborative solutions to common design challenges.
• Promote and contribute to workplace safety culture and activities.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• 3-5 years of CFD modeling experience.
• Proficiency in ANSA for part and model preparation for CFD simulations.
• Proficiency in STAR CCM+ for model building, running cases, analyzing results, and providing feedback to designers.
• Knowledge of Python , MATLAB , or similar tools for data analysis.

Preferred Skills:

• Background in automotive design or evaluation.
• Experience negotiating design changes to meet performance targets.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology.
