Phone Operator
Glenn Buege Chevrolet Position
This position encompasses a variety of responsibilities including cashier, telephone operator, and light accounting tasks. The ideal candidate should feel comfortable with managing cash transactions and handling incoming calls in a professional manner. This is a part time position working Monday - Friday 07:30 am - 1 pm and every third Saturday from 9am to 1pm.
Responsibilities
- Operating the cash register and handling cash transactions for all departments
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Filing and scanning documents
- Completing miscellaneous office tasks such as typing vehicle sales documents and working with titles
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Efficient multitasking abilities
- Keen attention to detail
- Previous experience in cashiering or customer service is preferred
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Successful completion of background and driving record checks
Benefits
