Mixed-Signal and Embedded Engineering Manager
Ready to Mentor, Architect, and Deliver?
If you thrive on guiding talented engineers and shaping sophisticated electronic systems, LECO in St. Joseph, Michigan could be your next chapter. We are a family-owned, global leader in laboratory instrumentation, committed to trust, longevity, and breakthrough engineering.
Imagine This
It is Monday morning on-site, 8 a.m. You meet with your team to prioritize multiple in-flight programs. A mixed-signal measurement board requires a quick design decision, a cross-functional review aligns firmware and mechanical interfaces, and an afternoon coaching session helps a rising engineer master closed-loop temperature control. By 5 p.m., project quality, timing, and effectiveness are confirmed—and the team leaves smarter than they started.
