Your day to day as a Senior Member Service Representative:

Requirements:To excel as a Senior Member Service Representative, a combination of interpersonal and technical skills is essential.
- A minimum of one year of previous banking experience is required, providing you with the foundational knowledge of financial services.
- Strong communication skills are vital, as you will be interacting with a diverse member base, addressing their inquiries, and providing tailored solutions.
