CCH is expanding our staff, and this may be a great opportunity for you to join our team. CCH participates in the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF).

The Director of Marketing and Public Relations develops and implements a comprehensive marketing and public relations strategy aligned with CCH's communications, goals, mission, and objectives. The Director of Marketing and Public Relations should be organized, have a solid understanding of marketing theory, and have excellent critical and creative thinking skills.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field required.
• Seven (7) years of experience in public relations/marketing management required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a non-profit, community health setting preferred.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and tools.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of implementing successful marketing initiatives.
• Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools.
• Ability to multi-task. Deadline driven with good time management skills.
• Valid Michigan Driver's License required; demonstrated ability to adhere to State of Michigan driving laws, evidenced by maintaining an insurable driving record in accordance with CCH commercial auto insurance carrier required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
