One of TEKsystems clients is looking for multiple qualified candidates to support their IT department's Desktop Support team.

This is a great opportunity for someone to get their foot in the door with a local enterprise company. This is also a great opportunity for someone to grow their skills within IT Support and have the opportunity to advance their careers within IT. They are currently looking for individuals who are looking to grow within their company. Previous Helpdesk or Desktop Support or PC Technician experience is preferred. IT certifications are desirable for this role.

Job Description:

This position is staffed on site at the Traverse City Location and represents the Company by delivering customer-focused, personal, high–quality, accurate, and timely services utilizing multiple technologies and resources.

The position is the first point of contact for Traverse City employees seeking help regarding their technical devices.

This position will be responsible for classroom technology support that could include but is not limited to: Printer installations, laptop/desktop computer deployment, new device troubleshooting, and excellent customer service.

This is a Contract position based out of Traverse City, MI.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
