Salary Range: $74,000 - $108,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and procedures.
- Conduct root cause analysis for non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Perform internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, drive continuous improvement, and reduce defects.
- Support new product introduction processes, ensuring quality requirements are met from design to launch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve manufacturing processes.
- Manage supplier quality performance, including evaluations, audits, and corrective action follow-up.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in a Quality Engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management systems (e.g., IATF 16949, AS9100).
- Demonstrated ability to apply statistical methods for process control and improvement.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- ASQ Certification (e.g., CQE, CSSBB, CMQ/OE).
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) related to quality modules.
- Proficiency with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) for complex data analysis.
