Primary Function : Provide administrative assistance to Chain Account Managers, manages pricing and new item forms for all Chain Accounts.

Major Responsibilities :
- Create and communicate monthly pricing and new item forms to all Chain Accounts.
- Investigate and correct errors on deliveries to Chain Accounts
- Answers inquiries, enter special orders, enter regular orders,
- Performs variety of clerical duties, including, but not limited to, faxing, copying, filing, creating spreadsheets and word documents and any other tasks.
- Respond to emails from sales, managers, suppliers, corporate offices and accounts in a quick and professional manner.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate in a professional manner to sales, managers, suppliers, corporate offices and accounts.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to compute rate ratio, and percent.
- Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Must be computer literate; proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft programs.
- One year certificate from a college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Chicago native Larry Gary settled in Hastings, MI, where he owned and operated a bowling alley. In 1963, Larry and his wife, Joan, decided a change was in order; they moved to the Grand Rapids area, where Larry founded Kent Beverage.
Detroit native Tim Sullivan, along with his brother Mike, founded Sullivan Brothers Construction on the east side of the state. However, after seeing his friends thrive in the beer distribution business, Tim decided to make a change, purchasing Grand Rapids' B&B Beer in 1977.
Both companies grew and flourished, passing from one generation to the next, each strengthening its roots in Michigan. Eventually, over a shared pint, the Gary and Sullivan families envisioned a stronger future together. On May 13, 2013, Kent Beverage and B&B Beer merged, forming Alliance Beverage—a company committed to being the “Preferred Distributor” for everyone it interacts with.
