Salary Range: $126,000 - $176,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial accounting, reporting, and general ledger operations.
• Develop and manage the annual budget, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
• Implement and maintain robust cost accounting systems, including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, company policies, and internal control procedures.
• Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial statements.
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide insightful reports to management and operations.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and fixed asset accounting.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA designation highly preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting and financial management experience, with significant experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Deep expertise in cost accounting, standard costing, inventory valuation, and variance analysis specific to manufacturing operations.
• Proficiency with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel for financial modeling and analysis.
• Proven ability to prepare accurate financial statements, develop comprehensive budgets and forecasts, and provide strategic financial insights.

Bonus Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in specific manufacturing ERP modules (e.g., production costing, inventory management).
• Demonstrated experience with Lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies and their financial impact.
• Expertise in data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for enhanced financial reporting and analysis.
• Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation.
