Green Transportation is looking for professional and motivated Team Drivers to join our dynamic fleet. As a Team Driver OTR CDL-A Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of goods while providing excellent service to our customers. • Location : Frequent travel to and from delivery locations; base at our Holland, Michigan terminal

• Pay : Experienced drivers averaging $1,700 - $1,900/week per driver (Mileage rate based on experience)

• Sign-On Bonus : $5,000 for established teams

• Schedule : Typically leaves out Saturday or Sunday, home by Thursday or Friday with a weekly 34-hour reset at home

• Minimum Qualifications :

  • Valid CDL-A with at least 2 years of verifiable experience driving a tractor-trailer

  • US Citizenship required

• • Ability to operate a tractor-trailer for up to 14 hours/day

• Mileage rates based on experience

• $60 per outbound delivery stop and $40 per pick/drop inbound after the first pick-up

• Detention pay : $20/hour after 2.5 hours for outbound and $10/hour after 5 hours for inbound

• Additional $200 for two-day deliveries with planned layovers

• Full-time exempt position with benefits and paid time off

• Weekly rotation to guarantee a 34-hour home reset
